Anna my love

Anna Sui is one of my favorite designers, I always spot this cute mini dresses in her shows that I'd love to own. The prints are always super cool and I get this ethnical vibe from them that I really love, these are dresses that you can wear all year long , in the winter with some cool stocking and cute jacket and in the summer with some crazy accessorize..
I think in Israel you can find Anna Sui style dresses in Cala if not in Zara or Mango.

Now I feel like saving for a Sui dress, Maybe I'll do it.

יש לי חשק מטורף עכשיו להתחיל לחסוך לשמלה של סוי , אולי אני באמת אעשה את זה.

For the boys and for Sefi

I decided to dedicate a post to menswear after reading Sefi complaint that there aren't enough bloggers who post about meswear.
I wrote this post a while ago but don't know why I decided to post just now! I always have to remmber what Heidi Klum says in project runway "In fashion, one the your in and the next day your out" , I can't wait with my post that long.

So let's talk about the menswear trends for s\s 09' the caught my eyes :
Yellow – it is one of my favorite menswear trend ! I loves seeing all the yellow on the runway! I think Missoni and Burberry Prorsum did an awesome job with this trend..

Polka Dots – I'm ready for them to come back , as I wrote in this post.
You could see it in Comme des Garçon collection for H&M and in CDG ,Blaak and Ann Demeule collections .

Feminine Details – the neckline detailing and the man clutch that you saw on some of the runways were too much for me, when I saw it the only thing I could think about was that I don't want my man to barrow my clutch when we go out to dinner.

Fashion Show

I never really wrote on my blog about the fashion show I got to be a part of in August.. As some of you know I took summer classes in LIM and one of the classes was Fashion Show Production Course, We got to Plan our own fashion show in just a week , to deiced what the purpose of the show is , the theme, venue , budget and everything else! I had no idea that it takes so much to plan a fashion show!
We were divided into three teams – Style , Stage and Promotional
I was in Promotional team we had to get sponsors for our show , make the goodie bags , make the invitations , and we tried really hard to get someone from the fashion industry to come! It was a lot of fun I was e-mailing , faxing ,and calling people and magazines all day long!

The theme for our fashion show was the 20's with edge , we got sephora H2O and another bids store as our sponsors! One of the girls in the course got a model to come and teach us how to walk on the runway and how to pose to the cameras, and a professional photographer came and took our pictures while getting ready and walking on the runway!
We didn't have enough models so I had to model =) and I asked my friend Lee to model too ..
It was a great experience and I'd love to be a part of another fashion show production in the future!
